Metropolitan
No matter where we live, where we wander, or where we begin or end our journey, chances are we touch a metropolitan area, or city in some way, shape, or form. These populated centers of activity capture the imagination and bring about a variety of emotions within us. Is it proper to say a city touches us?
Some of the worlds greatest cities; New York, Chicago, Auckland, Tokyo, Sydney, Mumbai, London, Amsterdam, Rome, Madrid, or Athens, are not defined by size. Each has a uniqueness about it. Like a city DNA. It exudes what it looks like, where it is, how it excites, surprises, and captivates us.
It is the inhabitants and their interactions that provide the fuel for a city’s soul. Journey through one of these cities sometime and notice how they grab you and don’t let go.
